What are the delays for shipping physical items (CD, vinyl, etc.)?
Preparing the orders for shipping takes 2 to 4 business days. Shipping with Canada Post takes between 48 hours and 10 business days depending on the type of shipping you chose and your address.
I made a mistake entering a shipping address, my postal code or my email. Can I make a change?
Yes, simply contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will make the change(s) for you.
I received my tracking number from Canada Post but there is no shipping information yet. What can I do?
Shipping information on Canada Post’s website can take up to 24 hours to update after the tracking number is issued. If you sill did not receive any information after 24 hours, please contact Canada Post.
I noticed that payment is only available via PayPal on your website. Do I need a PayPal account to purchase with you?
You do not need a PayPal account to complete your transaction with us. PayPal allows you to pay with all major credit cards without creating an account.
I received a defective or broken item. What should I do?
You must first make sure you comply with the conditions set out in our Returns Policy. Then please contact us at email@example.com and provide a photo of the damaged or defective item; we will then contact Canada Post and create a service ticket and then send you a replacement item.
Oziko is a new distributor, what guarantees do we have that our purchases will be safe?
Your transactions are secured with the protections offered by PayPal. You can make all your purchases safely!
Is the Harmonium Symphonic album sold on Oziko.com also available in store?
Albums and tracks are sold exclusively on Oziko.com and not distributed anywhere else.

Can the tracks from Harmonium Symphonic be added to streaming services such as Spotify and Apple Music?
It is not possible to add Harmonium Symphonic tracks to Spotify or Apple Music.
I bought the digital version of Harmonium Symphonic, and I did not receive my download link. What can I do?
The first step is to check your SPAM emails. If the download email is not there, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Is there a recording error on disc #1, track 7 on the song “Pour un un instant”?
It is not an error but a crackling sound meant to emulate the sound of a vintage vinyl record.

I am having difficulties listening to the music on audio devices such as Sonos, Bose and others. Is there anything I can do?
Each make and model is different. We recommend you look at the support documents provided by the maker of your audio devices.
Can I add the files to my iTunes Library?
Apple does not allow for music bought outside of iTunes to be added to your iTunes library. To listen to your music on an Apple device, please download our support procedure here.
I purchased a digital album and the download did not work. What can I do?
You have two options:
- Option 1 : We can send you a new download link at no additional costs.
- Option 2 : You can buy the physical album (CD or vinyl) and, with proof of purchase, we will refund you the digital purchase.
